About Me
Throughout my 20 year career in Human Resources, I have always had an eye for process improvement (work smarter, not harder). I’ve implemented several HR technology solutions in the middle market space to save time and focus on value-add activities.
I cut my teeth in Aerospace with a strong background in Technical Recruitment (manufacturing and engineering), in-depth Legal Training in US and Canada with strength in documentation and internal investigations to protect companies from legal challenges. I’ve been an "HR Department of One" with broad experience in all areas of HR.
Now I use my experience as a consultant to help companies. My true passion lies in Automation/Technology Integration and HR Diligence/Compliance.
